Whose These Records returns with WTR002
Whose These Records returns with its second release, bringing together a carefully curated selection of artists for a new VA that blends deep grooves, electro textures and club-ready energy.
Opening the record is Argentinian tastemaker Dellacasa, founder of House Journey, who sets the tone with “The Whale.” The track rolls forward with hypnotic rhythms and subtle atmospheric details, building a deep and steady momentum that feels perfectly tailored for late-night dancefloors.
Next up, Jorge Savoretti & Tettamanti deliver “Orion,” a robust A-side closer that leans into electro-tinged territory. Twisting robotic textures and punchy percussion drive the track forward, creating a powerful moment built for DJs looking to inject energy into their sets.
The B-side shifts into more mysterious territory, with the artist identities intentionally left undisclosed. “Kinetic Rhythms” opens this side of the record, exploring deeper, more experimental ground while maintaining a tight rhythmic framework.
Closing the release is “Cosmos,” a euphoric and groove-heavy cut driven by an acidic lead line that cuts through the mix. The track balances uplifting energy with precise production, rounding out the EP with a confident dancefloor statement.
WTR002 has already been gaining support from a wide range of respected selectors including Priku, Traumer, Mihai Popoviciu, Josh Baker, Mateo Dufour, Janeret, Rich Nxt, Danny Howells, Nu Zau, YokoO, Per Hammar, Miroloja, Deep Mariano, Gescu, and Vlad Arapasu, among others.
With its mix of established names and mysterious contributions, Whose These Records continues to carve out a space for forward-thinking club music that sits comfortably between deep, electro-infused house and modern underground sounds.
