Adi Toohey
Adi Toohey is a prolific Australian DJ and producer known for her deep house and techno sound. A regular at Sydney’s most discerning parties, she’s even turned in a mix for Resident Advisor’s fabled mix series a while back, as well as mixes for the Bicep lads. High praise indeed.

Ash Lauryn
Ash Lauryn is an Atlanta-based DJ and a regular contributor to Resident Advisor, where she penned some excellent and timely articles. A house head at her core, she’s long been touted by fellow ATL heads such as Kai Alce, and is one of a number of DJ/producers helping to put her city firmly on the global electronic music map. Aurora Halal
Aurora Halal is a much-respected DJ/producer, and the visionary behind Brooklyn's acclaimed Mutual Dreaming party series as well as the Sustain-Release festival. Known for a trippy, psychedelic style, her hardware live performances and DJ sets are similarly known for the unexpected. A regular on some of the world’s foremost dancefloors over the past few years.

Alessia Ceruti
Alessia Ceruti is an Italian DJ best-known for her work at Berlin’s much-respected 60 Waves store. A regular face on Berlin’s club circuit, she has also ran her on label, Dreamers Recordings and has also worked as the label manager at the equally-excellent Growin Music.

Alexia Glensy
Alexia Glensy is a Brazil-born, Netherlands-based DJ. A woman who’s really come to prominence of late, there’s barely a day goes by where we don’t notice her name on a line-up somewhere right now. Upcoming gigs include parties such as VBX and Slapfunk, as well as club appearances at Romania’s Guesthouse and London’s Studio 338. All of which point to the fact that she’s likely to remain on our radar for some time yet.

A DJ who’s known to play everything from underground house, techno, electro and even d&b, Anah runs the Cymatix Records label alongside Lumiere, and even recently played at a Cocoon event alongside Sven Vath, Luciano & more. Aside from all this, she’s also a resident at in-the-know Lisbon party Bloop – proof indeed that she’s highly respected among the right crowd.

Analog Soul
Few DJ pairings capture their home city quite like Analog Soul, known individually as Jacky Sommer & DatKat. The duo moved from Oakland to New York at the turn of the millennium; a move that definitely worked well for all parties. Known for their work on New York’s The Lot Radio and their residency at Nowadays, they continue to rep the US house scene with distinction after close to three decades in the game.

Anastasia Kristensen
Anastasia Kristensen is a Ukraine-born, Copenhagen-based DJ known for her techno and electro sets. As a producer, she’s best known for a similar hard-hitting and abrasive style, as is the case with her track, Ascetic. A resident at Copenhagen club Mainstream, she also runs Den Anden Side, an underground party in the Danish capital.

Anna Wall
Anna Wall is a London-based DJ and producer best-known for her residency at fabric. Filling shoes left by the likes of Terry Francis & Craig Richards is no mean feat, but it’s safe to say it’s a task that Anna has really relished. A seriously multi-talented lady, Anna also contributes as a writer to DJ Mag, runs two labels, (The Bricks, Dream Theory) and has hosted regular shows on London’s much-renowned Rinse FM show.

Anthea
Anthea is a British DJ, one-time Phonica employee and regular at tINI’s gang parties who’s known for her deep and groovy house sets. On a label tip, she runs We are Partisan, as well as its sublabel, Pillz. A lady with exquisite taste – as her Boiler Room set in Prague confirmed to us not so long ago.

Anz
Anz is a UK DJ and producer with a penchant for UK club sounds. Known for her energetic DJ sets that blend techno, bassline, and garage, she’s also a resident at London’s NTS.

Avalon Emerson
Avalon Emerson is an American DJ and producer known for hypnotic DJ sets and productions that always push the boundaries. As capable DJing alone as she is b2b, she’s played alongside the likes of Courtesy and Roi Perez, but is equally known for her incredible live sets. Her track "One More Fluorescent Rush" - released on the much-respected Whities label in 2016 is well-worth checking out.

Beatrice Dillon
Beatrice Dillon is an experimental producer and DJ based in London. Her music blends a range of influences, from techno and dub to jazz and ambient, resulting in a unique and intricate sound. Well-worth checking is her track, "Workaround Two," a glitchy, bass-heavy cut from her similarly-named 2020 album, "Workaround." Lauded by fans and critics alike, The Guardian even called her "the mpst thrilling new artist in electronic music" a few years back.

Carista
Few countries push new electronic music talent quite like the Netherlands. And one Dutch woman who’s rightfully come to international prominence over the past few years is Carista. A radio host with a love for soulful and eclectic sounds, she’s a regular at some of NL’s best clubs and festivals such as DGTL and The Crave. She also played Sonar last summer – a truly big-league booking that’s proof (were it needed) that she’s having a real moment right now.

Cassy
Catherine Britton (best-known simply, as ‘Cassy’) is someone who’s been active in the scene for some time. Earning her reputation in tandem with the growth of Berghain’s Panorama Bar (she even mixed their inaugural mix CD), as a producer she’s similarly known for her love for the deep and soulful side of the spectrum, as is often evident from her Kwench label.

CC:Disco
A big personality with a big sound. CC:Disco’s commitment to the dancefloor is never in question. If you ever get a chance to see this woman in action, we absolutely implore you to do so. A real musical magpie, her sets are always fun and full of boisterous energy. An Aussie legend whose sound is now rightly recognised the world over. Besides all that, her Resident Advisor mix is absolutely quality.

Ciel
A champion of inclusivity and community in electronic music, the Xi’an-born and Toronto-based artist better known as Ciel has built a reputation as a producer, DJ, and label co-owner who prioritises collaboration and creativity. Through her label Parallel Minds and her involvement with Discwoman, she works to foster diversity and accessibility within the scene, a mission that informs everything from her productions to her grassroots rave promotions.
Her debut album, Homesick, created during the pandemic and released in 2023, captures a deeply personal exploration of longing and belonging. Known for collaborations with artists like D. Tiffany, Priori, and Ali Berger, Ciel’s work spans atmospheric club tracks and intricate, introspective productions.

Cinthie
What more to say about Cinthie? Simply put, the Elevate Music boss’ story is maybe one of the most successful DJs to emerge in the past few years. Managing to expertly toe the line between commercial and discerning, hers is a house sensibility that continues to attract fans aplenty. Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy
Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy’s journey in music is one of relentless passion, eclecticism, and community-building. From her early days hosting a punk-funk radio show in Massachusetts and working at Strawberries Records, Murphy’s love for music has always been about discovery and connection. Her life’s work spans DJing, remixing, radio presenting, and founding the globally celebrated listening event Classic Album Sundays, all driven by her belief in music’s power to transform and unite.
Deeply inspired by her friendship with David Mancuso, Murphy became a trusted musical host at his legendary Loft parties, where she embraced the ethos of eclecticism and sound purity. Her Balearic Breakfast radio show and Love Dancin’ sound system continue this tradition, offering spaces where listeners and dancers can connect through shared musical journeys. Meanwhile, her acclaimed remixes, including those for Róisín Murphy and Lady Blackbird, highlight her ability to reinterpret tracks with emotional depth and groove.

Connie Yin
Connie is a cornerstone of New York’s underground electronic music scene and a true ReSolute veteran. Since the early 2000s, she has been spinning hypnotic, groove-driven sets that have lit up dancefloors from Brooklyn to Moscow. Her journey with ReSolute began in 2007 when founders Nektarios and Nikola invited her to be the ‘mascot’ of their newly launched underground party series. Seventeen years later, she remains at the heart of the collective, shaping its unmistakable sound and energy.

Najaaraq Vestbirk aka Courtesy is a Danish DJ and producer with a passion for techno and electro. Known for her work at Copenhagen’s Culture Box club, she also runs the Ectotherm label alongside Mama Snake, which to date has hosted works from artists such as Schacke, Rune Bagge and Ibon.

D Tiffany
Sophie Sweetland aka D Tiffany, is a Canada-born, Berlin-based artist and the lady behind the Planet Euphorique imprint. If you’ve not yet encountered her, we strongly recommend you check out her track, Spirit Alien, which was fantastically remixed by another Canadian, Jayda G. Dana Ruh
Berlin-based DJ and producer Dana Ruh has been at the forefront of the underground house and techno scene for over a decade. Her music is characterised by deep, dubby grooves, intricate rhythms, and a keen sense of atmosphere. The owner of the acclaimed Brouqade Records label, her own productions are seriously worth checking out and are never lacking in class or imagination. Dana has put our numerous killer tracks over the years, not least “Naturally” (released via Jus Ed’s Underground Quality) and Different Places Different Faces via Smallville. But honestly, her discography is a real treasure trove of undiscovered gems. Highly recommended from our side.

Dasco
DASCO's energy is infectious. Just watch a clip of her behind the decks or catch her in action and you'll find it impossible to disagree. The Bisexuality Exists label owner has been setting dancefloors alight over the past decade. A true house and techno aficionado, the roots of her sound can be traced back to electronic music’s golden age of the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. Carrying an undeniable sense of joy and liberation, she effortlessly blurs the lines between classic and contemporary; traits that continue to endear her to new audiences aplenty. As a DJ, DASCO has graced the decks of a host of renowned dancefloors, including Panorama Bar, Robert Johnson and Bassiani.

Doudou MD
DouDou is a resident at Slapfunk, she’s also equally loved and admired by tINI’s gang crew, the Dungeon Meat boys and many more besides. A DJ we expect you’ll be hearing much more from over the coming years, she even dropped a killer mix for us not so long ago.

Dr. Rubinstein
Dr. Rubinstein has become a defining presence in the global electronic music scene since moving to Berlin in 2012. Her sets blend acid techno, breakbeat, and vintage rave tracks, creating a raw and transformative dancefloor experience.

DJ Fart in the Club
What’s the idea behind her interesting alias? We don’t know. And what about that mask of Kim Jong Un she loves wearing? Absolutely no idea. All we can say with some conviction is that her real name is Soyoon, she’s now based in Berlin, was born in South Korea and is a of serious repute. Check her out if you get the chance.

DJ Holographic
DJ Holographic is a one-woman funk machine born-and-raised in Detroit. Her mission is to serve a mix of musical cuisine that contains consuming house beats, passionate R&B, unreserved disco, true Detroit Techno, and Motown soul. A key figure in the Detroit underground scene, she’s worked with everyone from Underground Resistance to Carl Craig to Moodymann and DJ Minx. Need we say much more?

DJ Minx
Another lady who’s been killing it for decades now, and is always deserving of the props that come her way. Minx’s career can be traced all the wat back to Detroit’s iconic Music Institute in 1989, where she honed her craft alongside the city’s dance music pioneers. Her early career included hosting “Deep Space Radio” on WGPR and becoming a resident at Club Motor, all while solidifying her presence in Detroit’s electronic music scene.
What sets her apart: Founder of Women on Wax, Minx has spent decades championing female talent in electronic music, creating platforms like her Women on Wax Recordings label and its sub-imprint, W.O.W. B.A.M. Her 2003 track “A Walk in the Park” remains a house classic, and her influence as a producer and DJ continues to shape the genre.

Eclair Fifi
Edinburgh-based DJ and producer Eclair Fifi has been making waves in the electronic music scene with her eclectic and adventurous approach to DJing and production. The last few years have been busy too, with her turning in an Essential Mix, touring the world and even going b2b with Erol Alkan a while back. Ellen Allien
What more to say about Ellen Allien? A lady who personifies the Berlin scene more than most, the Bpitch Control has been at the top of her game for decades now, and continues to act as a leading light not only for her city’s music scene, but for feminism too. I was first introduced to her via her collab track with Apparat, “Way Out”, and have been a huge fan since. So cool she even had lunch with Anthony Bourdain!

Eris Drew
The suitably self-titled “High Priestess of the Mother Beat” has been making waves in the underground house and techno scene for some years now. Her sets are characterised by a wide-ranging selection of genres, from classic house and techno to trance and breaks. Someone who’s been on an incredible run of form over the past few years, few others make euphoric tunes like her, as evidenced by her good-time track, “Hold Me (T4T Embrace Mix)”. If you ever get the chance, catch her DJing. Indeed, her b2b sets with Octa Octa are equally spellbinding.

Francesca Lombardo

Venice-born producer/DJ Gladis has been deeply influenced by the unique culture and vibrant atmosphere of her home city, where her passion for electronic music began to take shape. Surrounded by iconic clubs and events that attracted global house and techno DJs, she honed her craft early on through collaborations with local DJ friends. Since launching her career in 2009, Gladis has traveled to renowned musical hubs like Barcelona, London, Berlin, and Ibiza, each city leaving a distinct mark on her sound and approach. Known for blending deep house and techno influences, her sets and productions are shaped by her appreciation for minimalistic styles, notably inspired by her dance music hero, Ricardo Villalobos.

Heidi
Long-time London-based DJ and producer Heidi has been a fixture of the international dance music scene for over two decades. Heidi has cemented her place in house and techno through sheer determination and passion. From her Jackathon parties to BBC Radio 1's Residency, she’s renowned for bringing explosive energy to every set. Growing up in Windsor, Ontario, near Detroit’s techno heartbeat, she honed her skills in London, first at Koobla Records and later at Phonica Records, which the well-informed among you will no doubt know has also acted as a place of employment for Anthea, James Priestley, Will Saul, Subb-an and more.

Helena Hauff
Quite simply one of the biggest electro/techno stories of the last few years. Getting her start at Hamburg’s Golden Pudel club, she’s since enjoyed global acclaim and is rightly held up as one of the scene’s most engaging and intriguing talents. In 2017, she even made history as the first female DJ to win BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix of the Year, cementing her reputation as one of the most influential figures in electronic music today. With her fearless artistry and dedication to analog production, she continues to shape the soundscape of underground electronic music.

Hilu
Hilu first arrived on our radar thanks to her excellent XLR8R mix, with her later mix for HÖR solidifying ger reputation as one to watch. The owner of the excellent Zaza Island label, she’s recently played at London’s Half Baked and at fabric, where she went b2b with her partner-in-crime Roni Amitai. Oh, and she’s also a regular at Tel Aviv’s esteemed Block Club. Definitely one to watch in 2025.

Holly Lester
Holly Lester is a Belfast-based DJ and producer and the lady behind the Duality Trax label. That label actually hosted one of my favourite rave anthems of the past few years from Fio Fa, and after digging deeper I can confirm that it’s far from the only exciting moment from both. Lester is also co-founder of the Free The Night advocacy organisation aimed at boosting the night-time economy in Northern Ireland.

Honey Dijon
Honey Dijon has earned her place as a global icon in underground electronic music, and is known for her genre-spanning sets and electrifying dance floors from Berghain to Smart Bar. A Chicago native, Honey’s sound is deeply rooted in the city’s house music legacy, shaped by early mentorships with Derrick Carter and exposure to Detroit techno. After moving to New York, she drew inspiration from Danny Tenaglia’s dramatic sets, blending Chicago’s raw energy with New York’s sophistication to craft her signature sound.

Jayda G

Jennifer Cardini
Jennifer Cardini has spent more than a decade crafting a reputation as one of the most respected and versatile DJs in electronic music. From her early days at Paris’ iconic Pulp club, where she honed her skills and cultivated a devoted following, she has taken her unique blend of techno, electro, and disco to audiences across the globe. Julie Marghilano
Julie Marghilano is a classically trained violinist and founder of Sol Asylum Records, is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and musical visionary. We’ve been a huge fan of Julietta’s for some time now, so we’re delighted to see her continue to leave her stamp on the global electronic music scene. Sparked by a love for the warm grooves of artists like Moodymann and Moritz von Oswald, the Munich native has played at some of the world’s key clubs, not least Panorama Bar, Fabric, and Robert Johnson, as well as festivals such as Love Parade and Sonnemondsterne.
A co-founder of Harry Klein Records and a resident at Munich’s Blitz Club, her influence spans decades and continents. From collaborating with Dana Ruh on Berlin’s fragments nights to joining Luciano's Cadenza agency, her dedication to the craft has made her a revered name in electronic music, known for her unrelenting passion and the distinct energy she brings to every set.

Karina
With one foot in New York fueling her creativity and influencing her in the way only New York can, and the other firmly in Berlin, her second home, exposing her to some of the best clubs in the world - Karina has long been a favourite of ours.
Ten years living and working on the famous mediterranean island of Ibiza has seen her involved with some of the biggest promoters in the music industry such as Cocoon Ibiza and Monza. An avid collector and player of all things vinyl, she is also one of the residents and creators of Ibizas most successful weekly open-air party The Zoo Project. Kate Simko is a Chicago-born, London-based artist, and a standout in dance music as a result of her modern, Chicago-influenced sound. A classically trained musician, her career spans releases on iconic labels like Spectral Sound, Get Physical, and Jamie Jones' Emerald City, as well as collaborations with bonafide musical legends such Philip Glass.
Known for pushing boundaries, Kate founded the London Electronic Orchestra, blending electronic and classical music with harp, strings, and keys. The group has wowed audiences at festivals like Bestival and Wonderfruit. With performances at Berghain, Panorama Bar, and Movement Festival under her belt, Kate Simko continues to inspire with her melodic, jacking, and innovative sound.

A real musical magpie, the South Africa native is a busy lady, and someone who’s dedication to music can never be questioned. First coming to prominence thanks to her work at Sud Electronic, she’s since become known as a a DJ, curator, label head, and Panorama Bar resident – and someone with a deep political sense and musical ethos. Her sets reflect her vast knowledge of music’s many shades, from soul and disco to the transformative sounds of New York, Chicago, and Detroit. Through her work with Uzuri Artist Agency and her critical voice in the scene, Lakuti champions not only the music itself but also the culture and history that underpin it.

Lis Sarroca is a Barcelona-based DJ and producer with Spanish-Mexican roots, who’s known for her energetic and eclectic style, blending 90s house rhythms, punchy tech-house, and stripped-back disco into her dynamic productions and DJ sets, earning acclaim from Rinse FM and HÖR Berlin audiences.
With releases on key labels like Smallville, Mobilee Records and Shall Not Fade, Lis continues to make waves. Maayan Nidam
Maayan Nidam is a Tel Aviv-born artist who brings a truly global sensibility to her music, blending Mediterranean, Eastern European, and Arabic influences with Berlin’s underground techno. Marcelina (who performed previously as Marcelina Wick) is a London-based DJ and Polish native and founder of the Sticky Plastik label. Her passion for music began in Ibiza, where the island's vibrant energy set her on a path to becoming a sought-after DJ. Now deeply rooted in London's underground rave culture, Marcelina is known for her atmospheric and versatile sets that blend dark house, minimal techno, and broken beats, creating an uplifting yet edgy experience.
