Brazilian production duo Bruce Leroys have returned with their latest single, "What Do You Want," featuring the soulful vocals of Lee Wilson. Released on May 16, 2025, through their Aureum label, the track offers a blend of deep house rhythms and emotive melodies. The release includes three versions: the Original Mix, an Alternative Mix, and a remix by André Torquato, each maintaining a consistent tempo of 125 BPM.

In their approach, Bruce Leroys aimed to explore two distinct musical directions. They sought to develop an original contemporary sound while also honoring classic deep house elements that resonate with Lee Wilson's vocal style. This duality reflects their commitment to both innovation and tradition within the genre .

‘Some questions remain more important than the answers. In the ninth release of our label AUREUM, we celebrate a new phase that begins with two original tracks and a remix by André Torquato.

In our tracks, we explored two different approaches: the ongoing pursuit of an original contemporary language, and a more classic approach, with the sounds we love, tailored for the vocals of American singer and songwriter Lee Wilson. We always carry that same question that Lee masterfully poses in his song — what does our audience expect from us? We decided to let them choose.

Lee is endorsed by some of the biggest names in the U.S. Soulful House scene, such as Todd Terry and Kenny Dope — the latter having even referred to him as “the new voice of Dance Music.” It’s a great honor to have this connection.

Finally, tying the narrative of our release together, the remix by André Torquato — member of the legendary project Nomumbah and our dear partner — once again surprises us with a production that is part of the prism of neo-soul and soul influences as they meet house music — from D’Angelo to Robert Glasper, passing through Maxwell and Erykah Badu. All of this creates the perfect room for Lee Wilson’s vocals. It is an immense joy to return in a new phase with a release like this. Enjoy!’
