DJ AGITATED returns to Steffi’s Dolly TS Series

Following the success of his Magic Overlooked EP, DJ AGITATED returns to Steffi’s acclaimed Dolly TS series with Horses of Volcanoes and the Moon. This is his second release on the label, pushing his signature blend of Detroit-influenced, soulful techno into new territory.

First introduced as DJ AGITATED on Steffi’s The Red Hunter Remix LP, the alias remains somewhat mysterious, but the music has made a lasting impact. His debut on Dolly TS, Magic Overlooked, delivered deeply melodic, high-quality techno designed to stand the test of time. Now, Horses of Volcanoes and the Moon builds on that foundation with even more momentum.

Frantic vocal loops, deep dub stabs, fast-paced strings, and funky basslines shape the EP’s sound, creating a high-energy, immersive experience. True to the ethos of Dolly, DJ AGITATED continues to craft music that is both powerful and emotionally resonant.

Horses of Volcanoes and the Moon is out 14 March on Dolly TS.
