Steve Bug & Huxley team up for L.O.V.E

L.O.V.E. EP

Poker Flat boss Steve Bug makes a comeback to his enduring imprint here, joining forces with Huxley, the owner of No Idea's Original, for their collaboration on L.O.V.E. The track embodies the essence of upfront house music, featuring classic rave stabs, an ageless vocal sample, and dynamic drums. It guarantees to kick off any party and serves as a perfect showcase of the producer's unique skills.

Over the last seven plus years, Huxley has excelled at many different styles, often ahead of the curve. He does well swung drums as well as bass, main room house and deeper, musically accomplished offerings that stir real emotion on labels like Defected, Shall Not Fade, REALM and his own Dumb Safari. As you might imagine, his style perfectly compliments Bug's then.

Furthermore, a remix by the Peruvian DJ and producer Ammo Avenue transforms the rhythm track, introducing new sounds and FX while remaining faithful to the rave-infused vibe of the original. This is stellar stuff from a duo who've been around the block long enough to know how to conjure up masterful house jams.
