Sunny Side Festival reveals first names, including Sonja Moonear, Raresh, Edward, Tomas Station, Magda, Dungeon Meat, Prosumer, XDB and many more

The inaugural SUNNY SIDE FESTIVAL is set to make its mark on the enchanting island of Malta, from May 17th to May 19th, 2024. This extraordinary musical affair promises a star-studded lineup, creating an immersive experience amidst the captivating beauty of the island. The first wave of lineup boasts global icons like SONJA MOONEAR, RARESH, EDWARD, TOMAS STATION, MAGDA, DUNGEON MEAT, PROSUMER, and XDB. Sharing the stage will be a lineup of diverse international talents, including ALINE UMBER Live, DESIREÉ FALESSI, DOUDOU MD, FRANCESCO MADDALENA, LOUISON, and PRIVATE PRESS Live, accompanied by outstanding local artists UJ/DV, BRIAN JAMES and OWEN JAY. The event will unfold across two stages, alluring audiences at Malta's iconic open-air venue, Uno Malta, and the vibrant Tortuga beach.

Kicking off the lineup is the highly sought-after Swiss star and charismatic selector, SONJA MOONEAR, set to infuse the atmosphere with her eclectic taste. Following her is the Romanian tastemaker and a member of a:rpia:r, RARESH, bringing his distinctive rolling sound. The Giegling powerhouse, EDWARD, will guide the audience through his signature shades of techno, paving the way for the rising star TOMAS STATION, currently making waves on the dancefloors worldwide. The decks will be graced by the one and only MAGDA, delivering her solid sound, while the dynamic duo DUNGEON MEAT, composed of Tristan Da Cunha and Brawther, will captivate the crowd with their pulsating beats. Closing this stellar sequence are the legendary house selector and Panorama Bar resident, PROSUMER, alongside the deep and dubby German electronic music mainstay, XDB.

Moreover, the festival is set to embrace the French live duo sensation ALINE UMBER, the Argentinian-born prodigy now based in Berlin, DESIREÉ FALESSI, the Dutch talent and SlapFunk resident DOUDOU MD, Italy's iconic After Caposile founder and resident FRANCESCO MADDALENA, emerging talent LOUISON, and the Warsaw-based duo PRIVATE PRESS.
